Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Whirlpool, a leading home appliance manufacturer, is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed 2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the overall customer experience 3. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure the contact center is meeting or exceeding goals 4. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the contact center staff 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated customer issues in a timely manner 6. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve contact center operations 7. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on contact center performance


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Ability to think critically and problem solve in a fast-paced environment 4. Experience with contact center software and CRM systems 5. Passionate about providing excellent customer service 6. Hardworking and dedicated to achieving results
