Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


ManpowerGroup is seeking a passionate and energetic Contact Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer service delivery and achieve company goals. This position will be based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU and will offer the flexibility of working from home.


Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of remote customer service representatives - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure team productivity and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures - Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely resolution - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and enhance customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service management


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in contact center management or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing a remote team - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent planning and organizational abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Energetic and positive attitude towards work - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
