Job Description:
Henry Schein, a leading provider of healthcare products and services, is seeking a Contact Center Manager to work from home in Adelaide, South Australia. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with mid-to-senior level experience in the contact center industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, ensuring they meet performance goals and deliver exceptional service to customers. 2. Develop and implement contact center policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. 4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members as needed. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and implement new technologies to enhance the contact center operations. 7. Communicate effectively with employees, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates on performance and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a contact center management role. 2. Hardworking and resilient personality traits to effectively lead a remote team. 3. Strong communication and time management skills to maintain team performance and customer satisfaction. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
