Job Description - Contact Center Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and energetic Contact Center Officer to join our team at Land O’Lakes in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. This position is part-time and ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution - Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns - Use persuasion techniques to promote company products and services - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company


Requirements: - Energetic and dedicated attitude towards providing excellent customer service - Strong communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and effectively - Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment - Persuasion skills to influence customers and promote company offerings - Experience in a customer service or contact center role is preferred - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
