Job Description:
Interpublic Group is seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This part-time, entry-level position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complaints when necessary. 3. Utilize decision-making skills to assess and determine appropriate solutions for customers. 4. Adapt to changing situations and customer needs to ensure a positive customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the contact center system. 6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve department goals and targets. 7. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. 4. Strong decision-making skills and ability to think quickly on your feet. 5. Adaptability to handle diverse customer needs and situations. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
