Job Description - Contact Center Officer

Job Description:


Macquarie Group is seeking a part-time Contact Center Officer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to provide excellent customer service and support to clients.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, resolve issues, or provide updates - Handling customer complaints and escalations with tact and diplomacy - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting performance targets and KPIs set by management - Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction


Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - At least 4 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Knowledge of CRM systems and contact center technology - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed - Visa sponsorship available for international candidates - Free accommodation provided for eligible employees - Parental leave benefits available to all employees
