Remote Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team at Air Products & Chemicals in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will be resilient and hardworking, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently - Input and update customer information in the company database accurately - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Creativity and time management skills are a must
