Job Description - Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Motorola Solutions is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home. We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual with exceptional communication skills to represent our company in a professional and customer-focused manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat to assist customers with inquiries, technical support, and product information. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers while maintaining a high level of customer service. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Update customer information in the database and ensure data accuracy. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and provide feedback for continuous improvement. 6. Meet or exceed defined performance metrics and KPIs. 7. Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance product knowledge and service skills. 8. Maintain a positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. 4. High level of adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies. 5. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate product benefits and solutions to customers. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment. 7. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 8. Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup.
