Job Description - Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Discovery Communications is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This is a part-time position that offers the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate Level Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to address their inquiries and resolve any issues. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management. 3. Provide technical support and troubleshoot any problems customers may have with our products or services. 4. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and professionally. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs set by the company.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Independent and resourceful individual who can work effectively from home. 3. Strong adaptability skills to quickly adjust to changing customer needs and preferences. 4. Analytical mindset to assess customer issues and find effective solutions. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
