Remote Contact Center Representative

Are you a reliable and motivated individual with strong analytical skills and a knack for managing people effectively? If so, Fluor is looking for a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.

As a Remote Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up with clients as needed.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.

In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is also essential.
