Job Description - Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


Cisco Systems is seeking a part-time Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for energetic and resourceful individuals who possess strong creativity and research skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Document customer interactions and follow up as needed. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries. 6. Meet and exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate. 7. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services through training and self-study.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. 7. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
