Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team at Incitec Pivot in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. 3. Utilize strategic planning to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 6. Meet and exceed performance targets for call volume, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. 7. Demonstrate strong persuasion skills to influence customer behavior and drive sales.

Requirements: 1. Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Strategic planning skills to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth. 6. Persuasion skills to influence customer behavior and achieve sales targets.
