**Job Description:**
**Position:** Remote Contact Center Representative **Company:** Morgan Stanley **Location:** Perth, Western Australia, AU **Job Type:** Part-time **Seniority:** Associate Level **Years of Experience:** 2
**Responsibilities:** 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information on financial products and services offered by Morgan Stanley. 3. Conduct outbound calls for customer follow-up and outreach campaigns. 4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations. 7. Continuously improve knowledge of financial products and services through training and self-study.
**Requirements:** 1. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a financial services industry. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers. 3. Proficiency in using contact center software and CRM systems. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with resilience. 5. Passion for delivering excellent service and enhancing customer experience. 6. Critical thinking skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 7. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
