Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Contact Center Representative to join our team at Reliance Steel & Aluminum in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from our customers.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs - Working collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed performance goals - Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Identifying opportunities for improvement in our processes and procedures

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools to support customer interactions - Strong cooperation and innovation skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment - High school diploma or equivalent
