Job Description:
Fidelity National Financial is seeking a passionate and hardworking Contact Center Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This position is part-time and offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience for employees.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services - Utilize persuasion skills to promote and upsell products or services - Demonstrate emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide personalized solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance goals
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient in using computer software and customer service platforms - At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, as training will be provided - Must have a quiet and distraction-free work environment at home
