Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Ramsay Health Care in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and assisting them with inquiries related to our healthcare services. This is a part-time entry-level position requiring at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and addressing patient inquiries with professionalism and efficiency - Scheduling appointments and managing patient referrals - Providing accurate information about our services, facilities, and healthcare providers - Handling complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner - Updating patient records and ensuring data accuracy - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient experiences - Demonstrating a high level of energy and resourcefulness in all interactions

Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong persuasion and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly - Prior experience in a customer service or contact center role is an asset
