Contact Center Specialist

Job Description: Booz Allen Hamilton Holding is seeking a part-time Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, who is hardworking and driven to succeed.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns efficiently - Assist with scheduling appointments, processing orders, and managing customer inquiries - Utilize negotiation skills to reach a mutually beneficial outcome with customers - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the contact center

Requirements: - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using contact center software and Microsoft Office programs - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
