Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Pushpay is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team, working remotely from Sydney, New South Wales. This is a part-time position suitable for entry-level individuals with no prior experience required. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, technical issues, and general support. 3. Provide product information and guidance to clients. 4. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. 5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency within the contact center.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing situations. 4. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions. 5. Comfortable using technology and learning new software applications. 6. Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace at home. 7. Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
