Performance Food Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. 5. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions. 6. Assist with sales and marketing initiatives as needed. 7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 2+ years of experience in a customer service role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Negotiation skills and a spirit of cooperation. 7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
