Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Reynolds American is seeking a hardworking and passionate Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a part-time associate level position, the Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, and delivery status - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Identify and report trends in customer feedback to management - Contribute to the development of customer care policies and procedures - Provide input on product development and marketing strategies based on customer feedback

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Planning skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
