Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Peter Kiewit Sons’ in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat 2. Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns 3. Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Continuously work on improving customer satisfaction and retention rates 7. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity 8. Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required by the Customer Care Manager
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills 3. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment 4. Leadership skills to help motivate and support team members 5. Emotional intelligence to effectively manage customer relationships 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. Excellent problem-solving skills 8. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
