Job Description - Remote Customer Care Assistant

As a Remote Customer Care Assistant at Navistar International, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients located in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information and technical support to customers. 3. Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues. 4. Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of interactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confident and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively. 4. Excellent people management skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. 5. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. 6. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
