Job Description - Remote Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


Eversource Energy, a leading energy company in Brisbane, Queensland, AU, is seeking a passionate and resourceful Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team. This part-time position at the Associate Level offers a unique opportunity to work remotely and provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, service requests, and technical support - Research and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency - Manage customer relationships by building rapport and providing personalized assistance - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics - Contribute to ongoing improvements in processes and procedures to enhance customer care services


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Excellent research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - People management skills to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer service goals - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment - A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer care
