Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Amazon in Perth, Western Australia. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints with a focus on providing excellent customer service - Processing customer orders and providing tracking information - Updating customer account information and maintaining accurate records - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Following company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction - Adapting to change and learning new processes as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience is preferred - Adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills - Ability to work in a team and independently - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - High school diploma or equivalent
