Job Description - Customer Care Assistant - Work from home


Job Description:


Aetna is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Care Assistant to join our team of remote workers in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner - Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively - Provide accurate information about products and services - Assist customers with account management and billing inquiries - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Meet and exceed customer service goals and performance targets - Contribute to ongoing process improvements and customer service initiatives


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong presentation and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home with reliable internet connection
