Job Description - Customer Care Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Allstate is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to work from home in Melbourne, Victoria, AU on a part-time basis. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer care or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, driven, and possess strong planning and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Assist with order processing, billing, and shipping inquiries - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company - Handle escalated customer issues with diplomacy and empathy


Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer care or a related field - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred - Australian citizenship or valid work visa - Availability to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends
