Job Description - Customer Care Associate


Job Description: American Airlines Group is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Care Associate to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and social media channels - Assist customers with booking, changing, and canceling reservations - Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to management - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Excellent problem-solving skills - Cooperate effectively with team members to achieve common goals - Ability to deliver engaging presentations to customers
