Job Description:
Level 3 Communications is seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages from customers - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Utilizing innovative techniques to exceed customer expectations and drive loyalty - Adapting to changing customer needs and company policies - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators and targets set by management - Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and dedicated personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think outside the box and innovate solutions for customers - Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
