Job Description:

Nanosonics, a cutting-edge medical technology company located in Sydney, New South Wales, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients around the world.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 3. Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Conduct customer surveys and collect feedback to improve customer experience. 7. Collaborate with the sales team to upsell products and services to existing customers. 8. Assist in the development of customer care protocols and procedures.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Independent and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong planning and analysis skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 7. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service. 8. Available to work part-time hours.
