Job Description:
Whole Foods Market in Perth, Western Australia is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Care Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service and support - Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Assist customers with product recommendations, information, and purchases - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company guidelines - Handle phone calls and emails from customers with empathy and emotional intelligence - Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot problems and find solutions for customers - Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the customer care area - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Passionate about providing excellent customer care - Independent worker who can prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy - Excellent critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
