Remote Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Alphabet is seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions. 7. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs.

Requirements: 1. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for innovation. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
