Job Description - Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a driven and reliable Customer Care Associate to join our team at Bank of New York Mellon Corp. in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while supporting various projects and initiatives within the Customer Care department.


Responsibilities: 1. Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner. 2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts, products, and services. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management. 6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer care processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. 4. Must be driven, reliable, and able to work autonomously or as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
