Job Description - Customer Care Associate - Work from home


Job Description:


Seeka is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance - Processing orders and returns accurately and promptly - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Adaptable and driven personality traits - Strong negotiation and planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
