Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Entergy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor customer care metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and implement process improvements. 6. Train and coach customer care representatives to provide exceptional service to customers. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer service management role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Driven and energetic personality traits. 5. Excellent cooperation and time management skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software.
