Job Description - Remote Customer Care Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team at Phillips 66. This part-time position is based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory and is at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer care and management. We are looking for someone who is energetic, adaptable, and possesses strong analysis and people management skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer care representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions - Train and mentor customer care representatives to enhance their skills and performance - Monitor customer care metrics and KPIs to track performance and make necessary adjustments


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in customer care, preferably in a remote setting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in customer relationship management software - Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
