Job Description:
Ford Motor in Adelaide, South Australia, AU is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level position, we require a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer care strategies to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. 2. Manage a team of customer service agents, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations. 3. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 4. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and drive business growth. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations of customer care team members and provide constructive feedback for improvement. 7. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty. 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer care to continuously improve processes.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred). 2. Proven experience in customer service management, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. 5. Strategic planning and decision-making abilities. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Passion for customer service and driving customer satisfaction. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
