Job Description - Remote Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Ecolab is seeking a skilled Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This part-time position holds a Mid-to-Senior Level seniority and requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer care representatives, ensuring excellent service delivery - Develop and implement customer care processes and strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of customer care initiatives - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer care performance and metrics


Requirements: - Motivated and confident individual with strong leadership skills - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills - Proven track record of managing customer care teams effectively - Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
