Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team at Tech Data in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a customer care or related role.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Ensure that all customer care processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently


Requirements: - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Strong planning and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven experience in a customer care or related role - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
