Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Customer Care Manager to join our team at PPG Industries in Perth, Western Australia. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Customer Care Manager is responsible for overseeing the customer care department and ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a quick and efficient manner - Monitor customer care performance metrics and implement strategies to improve customer service - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular training sessions for customer care representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service to continually improve our services
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively - Experience in handling difficult customers and resolving conflicts - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
