Job Description - Remote Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


As a Remote Customer Care Manager at Arthur J. Gallagher, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives who work remotely to provide exceptional service to our clients in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 8 years of experience in customer service and a strong background in leadership and emotional intelligence.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer care representatives to ensure that clients receive high-quality service - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities - Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new team members - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Analyze data and reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Reliable, driven, and able to work independently - Emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure - Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
