Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Viacom is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of working from home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer care.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery. 2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer care department's efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Oversee the resolution of customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven experience in a customer care management role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4.
