Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


HP is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Care Manager to work remotely from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with 7 years of experience in customer care management who are looking to take their career to the next level.


Responsibilities: - Managing a team of customer care representatives to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction - Developing and implementing customer care strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborating with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback and coaching to team members - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer care management - Hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Innovative mindset and adaptability to change - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
