Job Description - Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Care Officer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. The Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to kick-start their career in customer care.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in person - Assist clients with product or service selection and provide information on pricing, availability, and delivery options - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and communication logs - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers - Provide feedback to management on customer trends, preferences, and issues


Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and motivated to achieve customer satisfaction goals - Persuasion and negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and objections - A positive and friendly attitude towards customers and coworkers - No prior experience required, training will be provided - Must be legally allowed to work in Australia
