Job Description: Customer Care Officer at Transurban Group
Transurban Group, a leading transport infrastructure company, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This position is at an Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles.
Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions - Managing customer complaints and escalations effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction - Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures to improve the overall customer experience - Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services to customers - Participating in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements: - Confident and passionate about delivering high-quality customer care - Excellent people management and negotiation skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
