Customer Care Officer

Job Description: Nucor, a leading company in the steel industry, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Care Officer to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance in a timely and professional manner - Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or escalations - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and make recommendations for enhancements - Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think innovatively and strategically - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
