Job Description - Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Customer Care Officer to join our team at TPG Telecom in Sydney, New South Wales. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but the successful candidate must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and account inquiries. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding. 4. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Office applications. 5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 6. Strategic planning and analytical skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
