Job Description:


Baker Hughes is seeking a driven and dedicated Customer Care Officer to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time position that allows the flexibility to work from home. As an Associate Level Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating the root cause and providing effective solutions. 3. Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers. 7. Stay up to date on company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Confident and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.


Personality Traits: 1. Confidence in dealing with customers and resolving conflicts. 2. Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.


Soft Skills: 1. Excellent presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers. 2. Proven problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
