Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team at New York Life Insurance in Adelaide, South Australia. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with insurance policy information, claims, and account maintenance - Educate customers on available products and services to meet their needs - Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and passionate personality traits - Strong attention to detail and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
