Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and confident Customer Care Representative to join our team at Hartford Financial Services Group in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time entry level position suitable for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our products and services. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, complaint resolution, and general support. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner. 4. Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Plan and prioritize daily tasks to meet customer service objectives. 6. Collaborate with other team members to enhance customer experience and drive customer loyalty. 7. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
