As a Customer Care Specialist at Dr Pepper Snapple Group in Adelaide, South Australia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in the region. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Support sales team by processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and managing inventory. 4. Maintain customer database with accurate and up-to-date information. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 6. Conduct research on customer trends and preferences to identify opportunities for growth. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives to support the overall business goals. 8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and motivated attitude to handle challenging situations and provide excellent customer service. 2. Strong adaptability to changing environments and willingness to learn new skills. 3. Excellent research skills to gather and analyze relevant information for customer inquiries. 4. Previous experience in customer service or a related field. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred.
